By using the services provided by Capital Holiday Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities, expectations, and limitations associated with our holiday lighting installations and related services.

All installations performed by Capital Holiday Design are carried out using professional methods, commercial-grade materials, and industry-standard safety practices. While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that exterior installations—especially those involving ladders, roofs, gutters, trees, and electrical elements—carry inherent risks. Clients agree to ensure that installation areas are reasonably accessible and free of hazards that may affect safety or installation efficiency. Any pre-existing structural issues, electrical problems, or property conditions that impact the installation remain the responsibility of the homeowner.

Limited Liability
Capital Holiday Design is not liable for incidental or indirect damages, including but not limited to cosmetic gutter wear, minor surface impressions from clips, wind-related movement of décor, electrical issues caused by existing home wiring, or damage resulting from severe weather conditions such as storms, heavy winds, snow, or ice. While we will reinstall or adjust lights displaced by weather within reasonable limits, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance during extreme conditions.
Our liability for any direct damage caused solely by our negligence is limited to the cost of the installation service provided. Under no circumstances shall Capital Holiday Design be held responsible for loss of use, loss of income, or any consequential damages arising from installation, maintenance, removal, or use of holiday lighting or décor.
Service & Maintenance
We offer reasonable post-installation support for adjustments or troubleshooting. Requests caused by client alterations, pet interference, extreme weather events, or tampering may incur additional service fees. Takedown services are provided within the scheduled removal window, and clients must ensure that décor and access points remain unobstructed during removal.
Payments & Scheduling
A deposit may be required to secure installation dates. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scheduling windows are subject to weather conditions and seasonal demand. Capital Holiday Design reserves the right to reschedule appointments to maintain safety and service quality.
